Terms of Service
plain rules, kept short
These terms govern use of tranvo.delivery, an editorial website about casual dining and sports-bar culture. By using the site you accept them. They cover what you may do here, how our writing about chains such as Miller's Ale House should be read, and who is responsible when a menu or a happy hour window has moved on since we last checked.

Use of the site
read it, don't wreck it
Read, browse, and link to any page here, including the guides on our homepage and the chain write-ups.
Welcome
The site is provided for personal, informational use. You don't need an account, and nothing here is a paid service.
Don't try to take the site down, hammer it with automated requests, or probe paths that aren't published.
Not allowed
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in ways that interfere with other visitors. That includes trying to pull whole sections with a scraper instead of reading them in the browser, and posting our text elsewhere as if it were your own.
If you spot broken links, wrong hours, or anything that looks out of date, write to us and we'll fix what we can.

Content and accuracy
Everything on tranvo.delivery is editorial. We write about menus, hours, happy hour windows, seating, and takeout timing based on what we can see and what locations publish. Restaurant chains change that kind of detail often, and the numbers are usually set per location rather than across the whole brand. A happy hour that runs 3–6 PM in one market may start an hour earlier somewhere else; a dish you liked can leave the menu for a season.
Treat our articles as a starting point. Before you plan a trip, place a takeout order, or count on a specific price, call the location itself or check that chain's own listing. When we can, we note the month an article was last checked and flag the details most likely to drift.
We don't take reservations, run a delivery service, or hold a table for you. We write, and the venue handles the rest.

Where the numbers come from
Published menus, chain location pages, our own visits, and reader notes. When a detail is uncertain, we say so instead of filling in a guess.
No affiliation
tranvo.delivery is not affiliated with Miller's Ale House or any restaurant chain mentioned on the site. Names are used for identification and editorial commentary.

Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. We make no warranty that content is current or complete, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
If a happy hour ended last month, a location moved, or a dish came back with different ingredients, that's on the venue's menu, not on our article. We're not responsible for food quality, wait times, delivery outcomes, nor for anything that happens at a restaurant you chose after reading about it here.

Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the site grows. The version published here is the one that governs your use, so if a rule looks different from the last time you read it, the current page wins. We review the text alongside our editorial standards at least once a year.
Questions about these terms, licensing an article, or reporting a correction all go to the same inbox. A phone call is fine during business hours if it's easier.

Common questions about these terms
Can I use a price or happy hour detail from this site to plan a night out? Open
Use it as a lead, then confirm with the location. Prices and windows are set per restaurant and can change without notice, so we can't promise the number you read is the number you'll pay tonight. Chain profiles and comparison notes are here to help you choose where to go, not to serve as a price list.
Do I need an account to read the guides? Open
No. Every article, from the Miller's Ale House guide to the takeout notes, is readable without signing up. We don't sell subscriptions, and there's no paid tier to accept.
Someone used our article without linking back. What do I do? Open
Send us the link at info@tranvo.delivery. We handle republication quietly when it's an oversight, and we ask for credit or removal when it isn't. You don't need to be the copyright owner to report it — a pointer to the page is enough.
Do these terms cover comments or reader messages? Open
They cover the site itself: the articles, the pages, and the ways you read them. If you write to us, your message is handled according to the Privacy Policy, which explains what we keep from the correspondence and why. We answer corrections first.
