Reach the editorial team
Questions, corrections, and topic suggestions all go to the same inbox, and we read every one. This page explains what to send, where to send it, and how long a reply usually takes.
write to us — we read every message that lands here.
What to send us
Corrections first, then everything else
The messages that move fastest are the ones that point at a specific page and a specific location. If something we wrote no longer matches what you found, you do not need a polished writeup — a clear sentence and the chain name will do.
-
Menu sections, seating details, and hours that no longer match what you saw
Tell us the page, the chain, and the location. If you have the detail in front of you, paste it in — we would rather check a specific claim than guess at a vague one.
Corrections -
Chains you want covered, or a Miller's Ale House question we have not answered yet
If there is a casual-dining chain missing from our coverage, or a millersalehouse detail you keep having to look up elsewhere, say so. The running list is where new guides start.
Topic suggestions -
Practical questions about takeout, delivery, or game-day dining
Which items travel well, how a to-go order is packed, what a sports bar looks like when a big game is on — ask what you actually need to know before you order.
Takeout & delivery -
General questions about the site itself
Something unclear in a guide, a link that does not work, or a term you want explained — send it and we will route it to whoever wrote that page.
Everything elseone inbox, no menu of departments.
How to reach us
Email is the fastest route
Anything that needs a written answer, a link, or a specific detail is easier by email — we can reply with the page in hand and keep the thread searchable. Phone works when you want to talk through something briefly, and mail works if you would rather send it on paper. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Tell us what you found
A short note is enough. Name the page and the location, describe what changed, and we will verify it before anything is edited. If you are suggesting a chain, tell us what you would want covered — hours, seating, takeout packaging, or the game-day setup.
What we can't help with
We write about the chains, we do not run them
Tranvo Delivery is an editorial site. We cannot take an order, check on a delivery that is already on its way, adjust a bill, or resolve anything that happened during your visit. Those conversations belong with the specific location, and their team can see the order while we cannot.
We also will not confirm hours or happy hour windows for a store we have not visited. Treat anything you read here as a starting point and check locally before you drive over, because those windows shift by location and by season.
Response times
We aim to reply to messages within a few business days. Corrections that need verification can take longer, because we try to confirm the detail before changing a page rather than swapping one unverified claim for another.
What happens after you write
Where your message goes
Nothing sits in a queue without an answer. Corrections get checked against the page they point at and folded into the relevant guide. Topic suggestions go on a running list. Either way, you get a reply telling you what we did with it.
We open the page you named, compare it with what you found, and edit only the part that is wrong. When the detail cannot be confirmed, we say so in the reply instead of changing it.
Suggestions join a shortlist and get picked up when there is enough material to write something useful rather than a filler page. Some chains have plenty of room to cover; others only need a paragraph, and we would rather tell you that than pad it out.
and you always hear back either way.
Before you write
Check these first
Several of the most common questions are already answered on the guide they belong to — reservations, kid-friendliness, and location-specific hours especially. One quick look may save you the wait.
Do I need to check the guide before sending a correction?
Yes, it usually saves a round trip. Many of the questions we get are already answered on the page they came from, so a quick check tells you whether the detail is missing or just hard to find — and that difference is useful for us either way.
Can you tell me the hours or the happy hour window for a location?
Not as a promise we cannot keep. We only repeat hours for a store we have actually visited, and those windows move by location and by season. Your local listing and a phone call to the location will be more current than anything we publish.
Can you help with an order, a delivery, or a bill?
No. We write about casual-dining chains; we do not take orders or handle service issues. For anything tied to a specific visit or an order in progress, contact the location directly — its team can see details we never have.
Will you cover a chain we keep asking about?
Suggestions go on a running list and get picked up when there is enough to say. Tell us what you would want covered — the room, the takeout packaging, the game-day setup — and that detail is what helps a suggestion move up the list.
Where we are
Downtown Seattle
The editorial desk sits at Olive 8 on 8th Ave, in the middle of downtown Seattle. We work on casual-dining coverage here rather than at any restaurant, so if you are in the area, email is still the better first step.

While you wait for a reply
Most messages we get are answered by a guide that already exists. These are the four pages readers reach for most often, and each one carries its own FAQ with the location-level detail.
One inbox, read by the people who write the guides
Corrections get verified against the page, suggestions go on the list, and every message gets a reply either way.
